Özel ban sisteminde kurulu problemi ???

Arkadaşlar ben emrag arkadaşın özel ban olayını kurdum bütün incelikleriyle ve çalışıyor gibi... ama problem şu bütün userlara özel ban verildi ve bunu değiştiremiyorum daha doğrusu kullanıcı yönetiminde bir userı hatta kendimin mesaj atabilir ayarını değiştiremiyorum !! değiştiriyorum gönder diyorum kabul etmiyor. Hatta rütbesini değiştirmeye çalıştım yeni bir rütbe seçtim fakat onuda kaydetmedi...

Bu hatayı alıyorum bana nerde hata yaptığımı söyler misiniz lütfen ??

Alakası yok .. İndirdiğin dosyadaki direktifleri tam anlamıyla yerine getirmemişsin. Ben de dün aynı hatayı yaptım. Veritabanı dosyasını çalıştırmamışsın. O yüzden değer atayamıyor ve değer bulunamadı diye hata veriyor. Ben gerekli dosyayı aşağı yazıyorum.
